The new hotel in Balingen station
A train station is changing
It is more than six years since the Balingen station was sold by the DB. The idea of a functioning mobility station got its first impetus with the commissioning of the e-bike center in April 2014. This was followed by the takeover of the ticket sales in December 2014 and the transformation of the former bakery to Café la Gare in November 2015. Since then, work has been going on in the background on setting up a hotel, which will be launched in the first section with 9 rooms and 16 beds. These construction measures are soon coming to an end and this spring the HOTEL Bahnhof-Balingen will be opened.
